Customer Support Associate
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and chat.
– Addressing customer issues and directing them to the relevant department when needed.
– Keeping customer records accurate and updating the database as required.
– Enhancing customer retention by fostering relationships and addressing any concerns that arise.
– Continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions.
– Managing a high volume of tickets efficiently.
– Establishing and nurturing trust with learners through open and engaging communication.
**Requirements:**
– At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in a Customer Support role (both voice and non-voice).
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking in various situations.
– Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
– Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Experience in a dynamic customer support setting.
– Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
– Must own a laptop.
– Proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

– Work From Office
– Working Days: 6 days a week (with rotational week off)
