About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives. You will drive revenue growth through strategic sales activities, client engagement, and efficient pipeline management. Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 sales executives, setting clear performance targets and ensuring consistent achievement of goals.
Client Engagement:
Conduct daily client visits alongside the team and independently, building strong relationships to drive sales growth.
Revenue Achievement:
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic planning and lead generation initiatives.
Sales Funnel Management:
Drive and manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — ensuring a healthy pipeline at all times.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry news, competitor activities, and market trends to position products effectively.
Cluster Management:
Oversee cluster operations, managing a team of Assistant Area Sales Managers and Business Development Managers as needed based on area potential.
Business Development:
Identify and secure new business opportunities to fuel company growth.
Fitment Criteria
3–4 years of proven team-handling experience, managing at least 45 sales executives.
Hands-on expertise with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of local markets and cluster management.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, SaaS sales experience is a plus.
Excellent skills in product demonstrations, client handling, and solution selling.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to drive business performance through effective team management and development initiatives.
