Overview:
We are seeking a motivated VOD-LC Specialist to join the Voice of Driver – Listening Channels team at our Hyderabad office. This team focuses on capturing and understanding the experiences and sentiments of Flex Delivery Partners across multiple global markets, including the US, UK, Germany, Spain, Singapore, Japan, and Australia. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving operational environment, enjoy cross-cultural collaboration, and have a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) or direct instructions from managers, ensuring high-quality work.
  • Act as a key point of contact for executing urgent and high-profile tasks aimed at gathering insights into Delivery Partner (DP) challenges through different listening channels.
  • Aggregate and share feedback collected from sources such as Station Feedback Forms and social media platforms with relevant stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLAs), productivity goals, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate daily records through workflow tools or trackers.
  • Suggest ideas for improving processes and project efficiency where possible.
  • Proactively flag operational issues or concerns to managers or appropriate teams.
Team Insight:
The Voice of Driver – Listening Channels team is dedicated to capturing real-time feedback from Flex Delivery Partners to enhance their day-to-day operational experience across various international markets. We are currently expanding the team at our Hyderabad location.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data handling and analysis.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to switch between different types of work and flexibility to work varied shifts, including 24/7 schedules and staggered days off.
  • Willingness to work overtime if business needs arise.
