Job overview

We are looking for a committed BPO SPE Voice professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in User Testing, Product Evaluation, Quality Assurance, and Test Engineering. The candidate should be tech-savvy and proactive. This position requires working from our office and being comfortable with flexible shifts. The role includes managing customer inquiries and delivering outstanding service to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Willingness to work in a 24X5 and 365-day operational environment with variable shifts, including on weekends. Flexible to extend work hours during peak and non-peak periods.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant full-time experience in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel at a basic to intermediate level is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and function independently within a team setting.
  • Quickly learn and grasp new policies.
  • Engage with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel is mandatory.

Onboard, educate, engage, and assist emerging and established creators or influencers to help them connect with their communities across major language markets regarding specific creator acquisition, scalable community communications, campaign management, and support-related issues.

  • Collaborate on projects to create and implement a scalable model that enhances support for creators on the platform.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in the respective language and the ability to influence creators.
  • Adapt swiftly to a fast-paced environment by staying informed about policy changes.
  • Effectively communicate policy changes and updates promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to the required process standards.
  • Serve as a mentor when necessary.
  • Act as an engaged team member.
  • Drive refresher training and policy updates based on production requirements.
