Key Responsivities
As a customer Support Executive, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and offer effective resolution to customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teas to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and communication quality.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A Technical graduation (B.Tech, BCA or equivalent).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- The ability to complete a 2-months campus training program successfully.
