Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of third-party partners across your assigned geography.
Recruit and onboard new sellers from tier 2/3 cities to the Amazon.in platform.
Train partners on operational best practices and Amazon’s sales strategies.
Drive seller success and optimize product selection through strategic partnerships.
Monitor partner performance and ensure consistent delivery of business goals.
Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and seller satisfaction.
Lead innovation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Proven ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in high-energy, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Preferred Qualifications:
