Role Overview
We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Campus Associates to be part of our dynamic support team. In this role, you will engage with customers via calls, emails, chat, or social media, providing timely and accurate support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service across multiple communication channels (email, chat, social, and voice).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with clarity and professionalism.
- Achieve performance targets including SLA, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to internal data security and compliance standards.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
- Complete required training modules and contribute to program performance.
- Maintain strong attendance and schedule adherence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any full-time Undergraduate or Postgraduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, MCA).
- Graduation Year: 2025 pass-outs only.
- Location Requirement: Must reside within a 25 KM radius of the assigned office.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Good typing skills and basic analytical ability.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Work Schedule: 8 hours shift + 1-hour break (5 or 6 days/week).
