About the Role
Tech Mahindra is hiring for an exciting Customer Support Associate role based in Hi-tech City, Hyderabad. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their product-related queries and ensuring a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries effectively via voice support.
- Maintain professionalism while resolving issues, especially in billing-related concerns.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to all customer queries.
- Multitask and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach with logical thinking and spontaneous problem-solving.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate/Graduate with 1+ years of experience in International Voice Process (B2C) – mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with billing queries (e.g., recurring bills, billing cycles, prorate charges, taxes, auto-pay, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tough customer interactions.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (5 days/week).
