**Job Description**

– Proficiency in understanding and modifying server-side object-oriented JavaScript, along with Unix Shell scripting, Windows scripting, and PowerShell.
– Experience in server administration across various operating systems (Windows/Unix), including knowledge of user permission levels, domain configuration, group policy objects, and executing SUDO policies.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, VMWare, and Amazon EC2, and understanding of template types (ARM templates, CloudFormation templates).
– Knowledge of protocols including HTTP, TCP, FTP/SFTP, SOAP, and REST, coupled with experience using troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and Traceroute.
– Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
– A creative approach to problem-solving with solid analytical abilities.
– Proficient in analyzing log files and familiar with common debugging concepts.
– Familiarity with industry tools and practices, including incident management, knowledge bases, and defect & escalation management.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Education Requirements:**

– A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent degree and experience).
– 2+ years of experience providing customer-facing technical support (preferably in web-based products or e-commerce).
– Strong communication skills.
